At the beginning of summer, take a deep breath – relax into the serenity of New England’s coastal joys.
Enjoy twice daily yoga practice, meditation, study of yoga philosophy on the theme of Gratitude, healthy food, time to explore the rich history of the area and lots of space for silence. Optional private Yoga Therapy appointments available and lots of recreation options nearby.
Location:
Relax and rejuvenate in a bright airy antique home on a historic peninsula near Crane’s Beach, MA Just a few minutes walk to the ocean, this A 2.5 acre property is surrounded by 216 acres of protected land. A former colonial dairy, it has unobstructed gorgeous tidal marsh views towards the Steep Hill section of world famous Crane’s Beach. Beach and kayak access is one mile further out and Plum Island Sanctuary is close.
Bring binoculars in all seasons as migratory birds- egrets, eagles, herons, osprey and more abound in the views from the house. The tidal marsh surrounding is described in the natural history book- “The House in Ipswich Marsh” written by a neighboring author. The nearby wharf was the first colonial settlement in town.

To relax in this type of wildness while being centrally located and accessible to Boston, Salem, Newburyport and Gloucester makes this space truly a retreat find. The home is decorated with art and has a kitchen stocked with fine pottery and there is a private art studio. A short drive further out is Great and Little Neck- home of the famous little neck clam. The native Americans summered out on this peninsula and there is great healing air. And if anyone has a boat they would like to bring we have boat access too !

Jennie Lee is excited to return to her beloved community of students in Massachusetts where she owned the Stillness in Motion Yoga & Wellness Studio for 8 years. Specializing in Yoga Therapy, Jennie Lee has taught thousands of students the practices of Yoga and meditation. Her passion is helping individuals connect to their Divine Self, beyond the human story and present experience. Known for her creative and compassionate approach to teaching, Jennie incorporates an eclectic mix of styles, which students appreciate as being challenging yet accessible and she always weaves in the ‘big picture’ of Yoga and of Life.
