- We discuss what practices from the Yoga teachings are right for you now. This might include: yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness based stress reduction, meditation instruction and relaxation strategies
- Sessions could also include assisted stretching, energy balancing and intuitive life coaching
- You leave with an outline of things to practice at home (if desired.)
