What happens in a Yoga Therapy Session?

  • You share your current challenges & goals – physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual
  • We discuss what practices from the Yoga teachings are right for you now. This might include: yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness based stress reduction, meditation instruction and relaxation strategies
  • Sessions could also include assisted stretching, energy balancing and intuitive life coaching
  • You leave with an outline of things to practice at home (if desired.)
