Jennie Lee is an expert in the field of yoga, meditation, wellness and spirituality. Her wealth of knowledge and experience, along with her relatable demeanor make her a favorite presenter for groups wanting interactive workshops, private retreats or engaging presentations. Jennie delivers practical tools for increasing wellbeing and self-awareness, drawn from the ancient tradition of classical yoga.
“I was hoping for a staff retreat day that could help my crew manage the intense winter event workload and high stress levels that all of us with high-paced lives experience. I also wanted to embark upon a small, daily practice that would make me a better manager for them.
Jennie exceeded the expectations of our entire group and provided a slew of highly adaptable, simple and effective techniques to bring us back to focus and back to balance. For us, this was surely just a beginning. Along with the daily changes we have already incorporated into our lives and workplace, we plan to continue our off-site work with Jennie. Life changing!!”
