Eight relaxing days beginning with a balanced asana practice and meditation. Mornings usually begin with a light vinyasa flow and afternoons hold a variety of restorative and yoga nidra, pranayama, devotional chanting and dharma talks. Jennie weaves yoga philosophy into all her classes for a deeper understanding of how we can live happier, love-filled lives. Luxuriate between practices on the private beach, hike to nearby waterfalls or quaint villages, surf, snorkel, kayak, receive fantastic spa treatments or dive deeper into your practice with a Yoga Therapy session. Jennie Lee is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Author of True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness and Spiritual Fulfillment. For the past 20 years, she has offered the transformative practices of Classical Yoga and Meditation making the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras applicable to daily challenges, helping people discover how to lead joyful, authentic lives.

In her classes you will find an unexpected mix of challenging as well as therapeutic yoga postures, energy management techniques, and meditation instruction, based on her studies in Body-Centered Psychotherapy and Spiritual Psychology, as well as Classical Yoga and Meditation. Jennie’s writing is featured regularly on Huffington Post, Mind Body Green, Yoga Therapy Today, Urban Wellness Magazine, Yogi Times, Wellness.com, Gaia, and other yoga related blogs. She is a RYT 500, Certified Process Therapist, and active member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. (Note: The yoga therapy components of my teaching are based on my C-IAYT credential not derived from my status as an RYT with Yoga Alliance Registry.)
