9:30 am to 10:30 am | Self-reflection Writing Class
Take some time to reflect and journal on what your heart, mind and body need to manifest greater abundance of joy, health, prosperity and peace.
10:30 am to 12:30 pm | Free Time
Learn to surf, or if you already do, hit some world class swells
Kayak or SUP down the Rio Nosara through mangroves with beautiful native birds
Go horseback riding on the beach
Relax at AHKí by the spectacular infinity pool
12:30 pm | Lunch
1 pm to 5:30 pm | Free time
Swim, sun, or stroll on one of the three gorgeous beaches just a short distance away.
Zipline through the forest canopy, take an ATV adventure, or deep sea fishing expedition.
Explore one of the quaint nearby villages, or Nosara’s shops and cafes
Receive a healing spa treatment in individual jungle huts tucked in the forest.
5:30pm-6:30pm | Relaxing Yoga & Meditation Practice
Wind down with a gentle restorative practice, yoga nidra, or yin style stretching after the day’s activities.
7pm | Dinner
Relax into the peaceful quiet of the jungle, sip a glass of wine poolside under the stars, share time with new friends.
